Haworth Tompkins worked with Peabody and The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea to implement a major regeneration project at the edge of the Silchester Estate, adjacent Latimer Road Tube Station delivering 112 mixed tenure homes. The project which delivers 70% affordable housing was winner of the Housing category in this year's New London Awards.
